Who is that new voice answering the phones in the
West Jordan office?
Kristin Taylor has recently joined Interstate Hydraulics
and has assumed ALL responsibilities of Susan Kalma at the front desk. Please contact

Susan Kalma has successfully taken on the responsibilites
of the Repair and Field Service Coordinator and will be your contact for those areas.

Here we grow again! Interstate Hydraulics breaks ground
on new building
Interstate Hydraulics is very happy to announce that we
have broken ground on a new 16,800 s.f. building on the lot just to the North of
us which will bring our total space from 12,000 s.f. to 22,800 s.f. The building
should be ready to go about November 1st and will double our assembly,
repair and warehouse space. Click here

Interstate Hydraulics becomes a distributor for IntelliSchematictm
What is IntelliSchematictm? An IntelliSchematic
is a machine-specific training, troubleshooting, and documentation tool that digitally
connects the Schematic of a particular circuit to other vital information that a
student or technician needs to understand and maintain the piece of equipment. Additional
features include drill down photo of actual component on the machine (pinpointing
the location of the correct part), replacement part numbers, component description,
electrical/PLC addressing, safety guidelines, component function, and dymanic fully
illustrated and narrated training animations of the component.
The IntelliSchematic is a tool that fulfulls two major industry
needs:
1. It is a tremendous machine-specific training tool used to teach
reading schematics, circuit design, component location/function, safety procedures,
reinforcement of skills learned in stand-up classes, e-learning, and on the job
training.
2. It is a powerful tool that technicians use for quick, accurate troubleshooting,
documentation integrity, accurate description of machine's working events and operation.

2
Interstate Hydraulics is offering this newly created advanced
class only to those students who have already completed our Basic Hydraulic Training
Class and wish to continue their hydraulic education. This class has been scheduled
for May 13-15 here at our office in West Jordan. Cost is $750.00 per student.

Betafit to Replace Donaldson Duramax
HYDAC is pleased to announce the release of the NEW Betafit
element series equivalent in form, fit and function to the Donaldson Duramax line.
These Betafits are available with either fiberglass or cellulose
media, for use in a wide range of applications. As always, these elements are priced

Principles of Hydraulics (PIH) Seminar
Interstate Hydraulics is pleased to announce that we will
again be hosting the Basic Hydraulic Training Class in our West Jordan, UT
office this year. Dates will be April 8-10, Sept 16-18 and For more information,

Advanced Hydraulic Training Class Level 2
In the interest of continued education, Interstate Hydraulics
is also offering an Advanced Hydraulic Training class for those who have completed
the Basic Hydraulic Training Class above. This advanced class is planned for May
13-15. If there is enough interest, this class may be offered at a later date. More
information about this class will be released as seminar description and outlines
are finalized. As usual, there will be limited seating. Please see our

We are excited to announce that Interstate
Hydraulics, Inc. recently joined the operations of Womack Machine Supply Company
and is now conducting business as Interstate Hydraulics – A Womack Machine Supply
Company. The joint operations of the Womack Machine Supply Company family will
provide you with an enhanced range of products and technologies unmatched in the
fluid power and automation industries. Interstate Hydraulics will continue
to operate in the same facilities with the same personnel. We continue to be

Our Tempe Office is Moving - Our phone numbers will
not change!
On Monday, Nov 5th, our Tempe office will begin operating
out of their new location at 7307 S. Harl Ave., Suite #7. While this move is only
a couple of blocks away from our last office it is now easier to find and doubles
our floorspace, which will give us more room for customer meetings, inventory and
assembly.

|
The Interstate Hydraulics 2007 Annual Golf Tournament was on June
22nd, 2007 at Stonebridge Golf Club. We had 56 players in a Shotgun Start setting. Click

Free Automation & Safety Seminar offered at West
Jordan, UT on May 1st
Attend this seminar on May 1st and learn how to reduce risk
of life, limb and lawsuit. This class will be presented from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
and then repeated from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Lunch will be served for both classes
from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Principles of Hydraulics (PIH) Seminar - CLASS IS FULL!
Interstate Hydraulics is pleased to announce that we are
hosting a Basic Hydraulic Training Class in our West Jordan, UT office on
March 20, 21 and 22 (Tue-Thur). For more information, please go to our

class was full 3 weeks before the class was to begin. Because of this response,
we have officially added another class May 15-17.

The Interstate Hydraulics 2006 Annual Golf Tournament was on June
14th, 2006 at West Ridge Golf Course. We had 64 players in a Shotgun Start setting. Click

On April 17th and 18th Interstate Hydraulics hosted a FREE
Hydac Filtration and Electronics class for our customers. We had a great turnout
and are grateful to Brian Hoffa (electronics), Jeff Ruth (filtration) and Lindsey
Yell (regional representative) for putting on an excellent seminar.

2006 - Feb
|
Basic Hydraulic Training Course – Interstate
Hydraulics hosted two classes which included more than 40 students and two days
per class of hydraulic training by an accredited Fluid Power instructor. Instruction
includes fundamentals of fluid power, understanding schematics, troubleshooting,
and hands-on training sessions using two double-sided fully functioning trainers
to ensure that students grasp difficult concepts. This class is a precursor
to becoming FPDA certified. For more information on classes for your employees
(or customized classes), please contact your inside or outside sales representative.

2006 - Jan
|
Interstate Hydraulics in Utah has Moved!
25 years of growth required a move! Founder
and owner, Steve Postma, has purchased a 12,000 square foot building on two acres
at 4272 W. Nike Dr., West Jordan, Utah. Offices, including inside and outside sales,
Field Service and the inventory moved into the building as of 1/23/06. The Fabrication
and Repair departments will be moving in approx. Feb 15th, and will stay in the
Sandy office until that time.
Purchase of the new building coincides with
our 25th anniversary (1981 - 2006). More services, including outside field service
capabilities, will be offered after the move is complete.

Interstate Hydraulics is proud to announce
the hiring of Rich Taylor. Rich has been working in fluid power distribution for
about 20 years with PTP, Western Technologies, and Warden Fluid Power. His
strength is industrial and pneumatic sales. He is a graduate of
Utah State University
and lives in
Pocatello
,
Idaho
. He will be our Industrial products salesman for Idaho. You can contact him
