Q. Do you manufacture Hydraulic Power Units? A. Absolutely! From concept to design to a completed and installed product, we do it all in-house. Q. I have a (Hydraulic Pump, Hydraulic Motor, Cylinder, etc) that needs repair, and I can't find anybody that can give me excellent service and turn-around...can I ship my repairs to you? A. Bennie has traveled to jobs in several states to perform quality field service for our customers. He has even been to Chile twice in 2005. I have a competitor’s brand of hydraulic filter element and I want to use a HYDAC element. Where can I go to get the correct interchange number? A. This new guide allows you to very quickly review and select model codes for the clamps that will support your hoses, tubing and pipe. Q. We are scheduling a shut down and need our hydraulic power units moved to a different location, and we are adding another unit that we will need to be plumbed in. Can you help us? A. Absolutely. Give Susan Kalma a call and she can schedule Bennie, our hydraulic field service person, to come out and make the changes you need. He will review the changes necessary, possibly make a suggestion or two and work with you to get the job done right. He will be there to start you back up, ensure that your oil cleanliness is where it needs to be using our offline hydraulic filter cart, and make sure that your machine is tuned for optimum performance. |
